EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE MUSEUM OF THE FIRST PIASTS AT LEDNICA
The Museum carries out broad-scale educational activity, for which in 2015 it received the most prestigious museum award in Poland – the Sybilla statuette. The aim of the educational activities is to popularise the history of the region, to provoke interest in the historical origins of Poland and the cultural heritage of Greater Poland, and to promote the universal values upon which the European civilisation is founded. The Educational Department also organises outbound educational activities for all age groups.
